Nonviolent Communication Workshop For Women

On the 19th of November 2014, senior Fulbright scholar and director of Middle East Center for Peace, Prof. Paula Rayman, conducted at Open House a workshop in nonviolent communication for Arab and Jewish women who have been through our interfaith courses.

The workshop discussed the principles and techniques of empathetic communication.

Putting down the principles to practice, Jewish and Arab women paired up to convey to each other their personal concept of peace.

These skills are a much needed life-long practice, we realize, which we hope to implement in our daily life and hopefully to follow up with Paula whenever she is in the country.
